The influence of intangible resources on the performance of agricultural cooperatives

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital (IC), which represented by structural (SC), relational [RC], and human (HC), member participation (MP) performance within context agricultural cooperatives. This employs a survey technique involving 104 palm oil smallholders’ cooperatives in Peninsular Malaysia, data are analyzed through partial least squares (PLS) technique. results indicate that MP RC have significant direct with cooperatives’ financial performance.
